8 простых правил, как стать креативным человеком
Многим творческим людям знакомо состояние, как я его называю «творческого тупика». Когда мысли совсем не лезут в голову, а нужно придумать что-то уникальное, необычное и интересное. Лично у меня это состояние приходит обычно между 15.30 и 16.00 ежедневно. Основываясь сугубо на своем опыте, поделюсь с вами методами как и где найти вдохновение, и стать генератором свежих идей.
Так вот, о чем это я. Творческий процесс дело тонкое. Это не бухгалтерия, счета, сводки, где особо творчества и не нужно. Исключительно механическая офисная работа. И, то есть у тебя вдохновение или нет роли не сыграет. Другое дело к примеру дизайн, или копирайтинг. В этом случае голова должна быть свежа и полна идей.
Обрисуйте поставленную задачу и на время отложите ее
Я очень большой любитель блокнотов. У меня всегда под рукой, особенно на работе есть 2 блокнота. Один из них предназначен для четких указаний: план работы, какие-то тезисы, важные моменты цитаты и прочее. Он все время находится у меня перед глазами.
Каждое утро, перед началом рабочего дня я составляю себе список дел на день. Обычно пишу его с запасом, и вычеркиваю выполненные задачи. Так работать легче, ты видишь объем работы, что сделал, что еще нужно, сколько успел и т.д. Вписывая каждую свою задачу я примерно понимаю, что именно от меня требуется и сколько это времени это займет.
Прописывая задачи на день, вы как бы даете посыл мозгу на активацию к действию. К примеру, вам нужно написать информационную статью про дизайн автомобилей 2018 года. Даже если вы сию секунду не приступите к делу, в голове уже отложилась информация. Приходят идеи, как, о чем, и что написать.
Еще один вариант этого же метода, это в конце рабочего дня написать себе такой список дел на завтра. По дороге домой, в свободную минуту дома, или перед сном вы невольно подумаете об этом хоть раз. В голову обязательно придут идеи и мысли. Когда мозг непринужденно подумал об этом.
Мечтайте
Что на сегодняшний день вы хотите больше всего на свете? Может отдохнуть семьей за границей? Или личный автомобиль? А может ваши мечты более приземленные и практичные, и сейчас для полного счастья вам нужны новые босоножки или просто Биг-Маг?)
Идеи приходят в голову, когда мозг настроен на позитив. Представьте что для осуществления мечты осталось совсем не много. Только закончить пару-тройку проектов. И крылья начнут медленно расти.
Высыпайтесь
Уже полночь, а вы сидите над своим проектом в ступоре. Цифры не сходятся, линии кривые, и т.д. В 99% случаев вы либо так ничего и не сделаете, либо получится абы что. Выход есть – отложите все дела и отдохните. С утра все пойдет как по маслу. Проверено.
Включите музыку
Включите вашу любимую музыку. Пример из жизни. Утром в офисе говорю ребятам: «Что сидим в тишине, давайте включит что-то позитивное». Ну они на свой вкус и включили. Сидела я, сидела над чистым вордовским листом… А потом включила в наушниках одну из любимых песен и работа пошла. Музыка активизирует мозг, что также благотворно влияет на креативность.
Ошибка? Не страшно
Как правило, первая идея, которая придет к вам в голову после постановки задачи – не самая лучшая. У меня даже был случай, когда я практически закончила работу, и думаю «утром все перепроверю». Открываю утром, а там просто ужас. «Как я вообще могла такое придумать». Хорошо что перепроверила». Будьте готовы что будут незначительные недоработки, а может придется переделывать все с начала. Неудачи — важная часть процесса творчества, не нужно их бояться. В следующий раз мозг настроится так, что лучше 1 раз сделать хорошо, чем переделывать по нескольку раз.
Кушайте
Причем тут это, да? Из личного опыта скажу, что я не могу работать на голодный желудок. А тем более что-то придумать. Все мысли о еде. А когда потребности организма будут удовлетворены, он отблагодарит вас вкусненькой идеей.
Так издавна сложилось, что я утром не завтракаю. Прихожу на работу, и думаю какие там дела? Я кушать хочу. Последнее время взяла за правило, вставать на пол часа раньше, пока домашние спят, в одиночестве спокойно покушать. День складывается в этом случае совсем по другому. Попробуйте.
Сделайте что-то новое и необычное
Получайте эмоции от новых ощущений. Пригните с парашюта, или попробуйте необычное блюдо. Не бойтесь показаться окружающим людям чудным, ведь именно выделение из серой массы и отличает креативного человека.
Смените обстановку
От места пребывания человека много зависит. Это не означает что нужно переезжать в другую квартиру. Просто смените место вашего привычного обитания. Достаточно будет отправиться на природу, в лес, на детскую площадку. Осенение может прийти к вам в любой момент, но не забывайте, что на привычные вещи нужно смотреть другим взглядом.
Чудесно, если какие-то пункты вы уже выполняете. Попробуйте добавить те, которые оказались новыми для вас. Полет фантазии будет обеспечен.
