Предками современного логотипа были древние насклальные рисунки, символы, знаки, которые так или иначе выделяли определенные предметы, придавая им уникальности и неповторимости. Со временем они видоизменялись и совершенствовались, но смысл остался все тот же и по сегодняшний день – это придание определенного смысла и принадлежности.
На сегодняшний день логотип играет очень важную роль. Мне например очень много встречалось людей, которые говорят «У меня настоящие кроссовки Adidas и логотип есть». Многие продавцы, как правило, это одежда и аксессуары, презентуя свои товары, доказывают подлинность вещи именно наличием фирменного логотипа.
Но к сожалению логотип и прочие атрибуты доказательства подлинности научились давно подделывать. Можно сейчас на любом рынке за пару долларов купить майку Gucci, или сумку Chanel =) Но сегодня не о этом печальном факте.
У каждого известного бренда есть свой логотип по которыми он является узнаваемым. Как правило это маленькое изображение, набор заглавных букв или просто картинка с названием бренда.
Клеймо
Пожалуй, самым первым из современных опознавательных символов, который хоть как по похож на логотип является клеймо. Оно является символом, который наносился на животное или товар с целью идентификации, а также использовалась для обозначения знака качества товара. Даже сегодня на мясных рынках можно встретить клеймо на тушке с животным. Это значит, что мясо было осмотрено ветеринарным врачом и подтверждено его качество.
Герб
Еще одним предком современного лого считается герб. Это своеобразная эмблема, отличительный знак, выражающийся сочетанием фигур и знаков, выражающих принадлежность к чему-либо, или определенные исторические традиции. Первые гербы использовали рыцари в турнирах, или сражениях на поле боя. Они использовались на монетах, флагах, оружии, архитектурных сооружения, произведении искусства. Первым английским королём, имевшим личный герб, был Ричард I Львиное сердце, который использовал его более тысячи лет назад. Герб используется и по сей день как один из отличительных знаков государства.
